Am i really addicted to my phone?

When i wake up i grab my phone to always check if its time to leave. Even at all my classes there is always a point where i get on my phone just because. There is never a day where i cant leave my phone alone.

With the money the government is providing us with i think it wouldn't really be used to pay off the essentials you need. I think people are going to spend it all on useless things. But when do we get this check? I am at the age of 18 and have a job but i haven't seem to have recieved a check of ant kind. I think they should of passed a law where they hold your rent in hold .
