   How does gatsby symbolize succeed? Well as they say for the American dream the best way to succed is if you accomplish your goals and live the good life. It stated that gatsbys house would be filled with random guest to have a good time. Surely not many people knew who gatsby was and how he became wealthy.
    It surely symbolises how people really want." At least once fortnight a corps of caterers came down with several hundred feet of canvas and enough colored lights to make a christmas tree of gatsbys enormous garden " this quote symbolises how big garden means that thier house is the same.
   But later nick finds out he uses his fortune as a way to get closer to daisy. Which shows that gatsbys dream isnt complete without daisy. " there must have been moments even that afternoon even when daisy tumbled short" which shows he cant be apart from daisy. But later on she abandons gatsby to his death. It showed that sometimes you wont get what you want because some bad things can come.
